When I first was first treated by Christian, I was experiencing chronic headaches, nausea and dizziness, causing me quite some distress. Christian was very thorough and knowledgeable (no rock goes unturned); after taking a very detailed history and initial assessment, we began working towards a solution with great results.

I have visited Christian for the past 3 months with Chronic shoulder pain. Rather than getting cracked and contorted we worked together using better posture techniques and muscle strengthening and stretching excercises to get the old body to realign itself and get back into balance. While not entirely fixed the intensity has decreased and general wellbeing has been much improved. If you want a logical lateral and self healing approach to your back pains, give Christian a go.
Christian treated me for a frozen shoulder and also neck pain. The treatment was incredibly helpful to me. At the start I had intense pain and very restricted movement. I was unable to dress myself, or sleep because of the pain. I’ve been free of pain for over a year now and mobility is good. I’ve had treatment with other, very good, osteopaths in the past and I feel Christian is exceptionally gifted as a clinician. I’m very pleased to recommend him to others.
Charis is doing great…. surprisingly well. Your recommended exercises, the insoles and the manipulation during our session seem to have lead to a relief of pain which was well beyond our expectation. Charis took it easy for a few more days afterwards but went on to do several dance classes and even an audition for Giselle at English Youth Ballet – for which she got a part.
I have recently seen Christian for a long standing problem with my right hamstring. I had already tried various physios, pilates and hospital consultants all without success. Christian sorted the problem for me in 2 visits and I am planning to run a marathon in 3 wks following his expert guidance and advice!
